Please note that our refund and support policy applies within 14 days from the date the product arrives at your location. After this period, we may be unable to assist with returns or refunds.
Handling Damaged or Substandard Items
If you receive a product with visible damage or it doesn't function as specified, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please take photographs showing the defect, such as missing parts or visible flaws, on a flat surface with any tags or errors clearly visible. Once we verify the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or refund—usually without needing you to return the faulty item.
Note that this warranty covers manufacturing faults only. Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, normal wear and tear, fading from sunlight, or post-purchase modifications are not covered.
Remember, claims regarding damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receipt to qualify for assistance.
